Privacy policy
What we collect when you fill in a form on this site and what happens to it. Last updated 22 August 2026.
Who is responsible
Équipe Nano Sag-Lac collects and uses the personal information described here. For any question, write to info@equipenanosaglac.com or call 418 618-6464.
As required by Quebec's Law 25, a person responsible for the protection of personal information is designated within the company and can be reached at the same contact details.
What we collect
When you fill in a form we collect your name, your phone number, your email address, your city, the service you are interested in, the message you write and the address of the page the form was sent from.
The roof measurement tool uses the address you type to display satellite imagery and compute a surface area. It only reaches us if you send the form.
The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser. No figure is recorded until you submit something.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your request: to call you back, schedule an inspection, prepare a quote and follow up on your file. No other use without your agreement.
What we do not do with it
Your information is never sold, rented, traded or shared for advertising. It is accessible to the people in the company who handle your request, and to the technical providers who host the site and deliver the emails, who are bound by their own confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and the follow-up that comes from it, then it is destroyed. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if something is inaccurate, or to have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent and ask not to be contacted again.
Write to info@equipenanosaglac.com. We answer within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Browsing cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no profiling trackers. Technical cookies may be set by the hosting provider for the site to function and perform properly.
The roof measurement tool loads imagery and building outlines from external mapping providers. Those providers see your device's IP address, as they would for any image loaded on the web.
