Four formulations, four surfaces
The Équipe Nano network develops a distinct line for each material and its condition. A 6-year-old roof and a cedar deck do not have the same needs, and do not get the same product.
A nanotechnology formula developed to protect and regenerate roof coatings. Applied to a still-young covering, this is the most cost-effective moment to act.
- Water, oil and UV resistance
- Does not impair surface breathability
- Reduces biological growth and darkening
- Slow contamination and easy cleaning
An oil-based formula developed specifically for older roofs. This is the one most people need: your roof is showing its first signs of fatigue but the structure is still sound.
- Oil-based formula for mature coverings
- Does not impair surface breathability
- Reduces biological growth and darkening
- Protects against freeze-thaw cycles
A water-based hydrophobic and oleophobic product. Cedar deck, patio, fence, shed, siding: it protects wood against common liquids and stains while making them easy to clean.
- Hydrophobic and oleophobic: repels water and oil
- Breathable coating, no sticky film
- Chemical and UV resistant
- High coverage across wood types
A water-based formula for absorbent mineral surfaces. Concrete is porous: water gets in, freezes, expands and blows the surface apart. Add de-icing salt and the process accelerates.
- Garage slabs, driveways, balconies, stairs
- Brick, pavers, mineral stone and asphalt
- Does not impair surface breathability
- Reduces biological growth and darkening
Let's talk about your roof
Fill in the form and an advisor calls you back within 24 business hours to schedule an on-site inspection. If you would rather talk to someone right now, the phone number is just below.
- We inspect from the roof, not from the street
- Written report with photos
- No obligation to buy
- A local advisor, not a call centre
Got it, thank you.

What a penetrating treatment actually does
A traditional sealer forms a film over the surface. A penetrating treatment is designed to go into the material's pores and make it hydrophobic from within, without creating a sealed film that would stop the surface breathing.
That distinction matters for a roof. A covering has to keep letting water vapour through: that is precisely the objection the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association raises against film-forming coatings applied to installed shingles.
On concrete, the scientific literature clearly documents the effect of silane and siloxane penetrating sealers: significant reduction in water absorption, with some products reaching 85% to 93% reduction in total absorption under ASTM C1585 testing. The same literature also documents their degradation over time, which is why periodic reapplication is warranted.
What we will not claim
Studies on shingle rejuvenation treatments show measurable lab results, a return of flexibility under ASTM D3462 on 17-year-old shingles, a 46% reduction in granule loss for some products. Two honest caveats: those studies are funded by the products' developers, and there is still no independent 10-year field follow-up. The 5-to-15-year extension advertised by the network is a manufacturer claim, not independent data.
From the call to the warranty
On-site inspection
An advisor climbs onto your roof, not a guess from the driveway. We photograph granule condition, shaded zones, flashing and ventilation.
Written diagnosis
You get a report with photos, the estimated life left in the covering, and a clear recommendation: treatable, repair first, or replace.
Application and warranty
The product is sprayed evenly. Most homes are finished the same day. You receive your written warranty certificate.
What a full replacement would cost, and what you could avoid spending
Enter your roof's approximate dimensions. The math uses published Quebec market pricing, not invented numbers.
Automated estimate, for guidance only. Replacement pricing comes from published 2026 Quebec ranges: $6–$12/sq ft for asphalt shingle, $11–$21/sq ft for elastomeric membrane. The per-square-foot rate is an average. Your actual price depends on pitch, access, the condition of the covering and any repairs needed first. Only an on-site inspection gives a firm price.
Past 25 years, the condition of the covering may require repairs beforehand. The on-site inspection confirms the price.
An advisor calls you within 24 business hours with the exact price for your roof.
Not sure your roof qualifies?
That's exactly why the inspection is free. We go up, we look, and we tell you the truth, even when the answer is "it needs replacing".
