Your roof surface, in under a minute
Enter your address. We find your building on satellite imagery and you get your roof surface, then a treatment estimate. No tape measure, no ladder.
Measure your roof without climbing on it
Enter your address. We locate your building on satellite imagery, compute its surface, and the estimate fills itself in. No visit needed to get started.
What a full replacement would cost, and what you could avoid spending
Enter your roof's approximate dimensions. The math uses published Quebec market pricing, not invented numbers.
Automated estimate, for guidance only. Replacement pricing comes from published 2026 Quebec ranges: $6–$12/sq ft for asphalt shingle, $11–$21/sq ft for elastomeric membrane. The per-square-foot rate is an average. Your actual price depends on pitch, access, the condition of the covering and any repairs needed first. Only an on-site inspection gives a firm price.
Past 25 years, the condition of the covering may require repairs beforehand. The on-site inspection confirms the price.
An advisor calls you within 24 business hours with the exact price for your roof.

How we get to the number
1. We locate your building
Your address is converted to coordinates, then we pull your building's outline from the open OpenStreetMap database. If it isn't there, you click the corners yourself on the satellite image.
2. We compute the ground footprint
The outline's area is computed on the earth's sphere, not on a flat plane. That matters: a flat calculation drifts by several percent at Saguenay's latitude.
3. We apply the slope
A pitched roof is larger than its shadow on the ground. We multiply by the matching slope factor: 1.118 for a 6/12 pitch, the most common in Quebec.
What this measurement is not
It is an estimate made from the sky. It does not see dormers, skylights, setback sections, or the actual condition of the covering. It gives you a credible order of magnitude before we talk, it does not replace the on-site measurement, which stays free.
Satellite imagery: Esri, Maxar, Earthstar Geographics. Building outlines: OpenStreetMap. Nothing you enter here is stored.
